Zapping with music videos[]
Usual 3 x 30 Hz internal zaps. BUT. . . .
Wow! This is something else. Using an audio-programmed zapper, one is not restricted to boring old tone-generator tones. I downloaded some music videos, and played them on my iPod Touch into the APZ input. The first one was Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries. I couldn't hear it, but I could sure feel the vibrations of the sub-1000 Hz tones in my hands and wrists.
This must be a world's first, eh?
I then played it again, but watched — and listened to — another instance of the music video on my computer.
Next, I did Beethoven's 5th. Then Lady Gaga's Bad Romance.
I have no idea how effective music videos are as zapping-input fodder, but man, the experience is something else, listening to the music at the same time as feeling the vibrations course through your hands and arms and watching both the music video and the lights on the zapper flashing in time with the strength of the signal. Hot stuff!
Tomorrow I'm going to buy a Y-connector so I can listen to the audio direct from the iPod Touch.
