Zap report Dec 27, 2011 - March 8, 2012

I've been zapping pretty much daily still, maybe missed 4 or 5 days over this time. I have mostly used the APZ set on the basic zap cycle, not spending the time to do any music zapping or specialized frequency programming.

There is one thing of interest that is worth noting. For a few years I have been talking two different kinds of blood pressure medication to keep my blood pressure down. Several months ago I noticed that it was continually reading as low, so I stopped taking one of the medications. My bp has been around 120/80 since then, just taking the one medication. I think the only real change in my living habits has been the zapping, although I couldn't swear to it.

Still zapping daily the usual way using the APZ. Haven't done any music zapping in 2 months though.

Nothing of interest to report. Well, maybe something, but I need to check it out again first.

Zap report 23 - 30 Oct 2011

Usual 3 x 30 KHz cycles every day. Nothing special to report. I did do it daily. I did chakra toning a couple of times too but not intensively, just ran through the video once on a couple of days.

I've been reading Gerber's Vibrational Medicine, and it occurs to me that I could maybe make a Voll machine fairly easily. Using an APZ to stimulate specific acupuncture points could be interesting, but the usual problem comes to mind. Namely, analysis/diagnosis. How does one decide which points to hit, and for how long, and with what frequency(ies)? And then how does one measure the effect? Some kind of Voll machine set-up might allow a somewhat objective measurement of before/after to be done, and appropriate experimentation to be undertaken. Sta…

Usual 3 x 30 KHz cycle and a bit of chakra toning. I like the chakra toning. It seems effective to do it from the video I made without bothering to hook it up to the APZ. Using the APZ with the video doesn't seem to make it more effective, although I think it should! Oh well.

apzc/It is an entertaining hobby instead of a business territory challenge

The purpose of building these instruments and doing the experiments as an amateur scientist, sometimes needs clarifying. First, it needs to be said that it is not to challenge the authority of standard health practice business territory, nor to challenge health regulatory agency territory. Its purpose is to entertain the amateur scientist, the hobby arena researcher; much as amateur astronomers peer through their telescopes at the sky sometimes, to see what they find and to practice their ability to do reality testing for themselves, using their own equipment.

Some people like to go hunting, for their entertainment; and sometimes bring back some food for the table, another benefit besides amusing themselves. Some people like to go out in t…

Something new today.

In the gaps between a 3 x 30KHz trip I did some music videos and also a few runs through the Chakra Toning video. It's quite nifty and seems to have a beneficial effect, although it's kinda hard to quantify it in terms other than "I suddenly felt more alert" or something.

Zap report 15 Oct 2011

Usual 3 x 30 KHz cycle. Nothing else.

However, I have just started reading Richard Gerber's Vibrational Medicine, The #1 Handbook of Subtle-Energy Therapies (Third Edition). Most of it is familiar to me, but some parts are new.

It has just occurred to me that the audio-programmed zapper will have quite a pronounced effect on the functioning of the subtle-energy system, like chakra spin. The lower frequencies like heavy rock music will mostly influence the lower chakras (sex etc.); operatic works are addressed to the throat chakra; more cerebral music, the higher frequencies, will impact the brow and crown chakras more. As for exact correspondencies and best uses, well, we'll see. :)

apzc/resuming testing

2011-10-15-1019PDT

  • 1 Preparing to resume zapper experiments using the APZ holotoype instrument.
  • 2 A note on the hardware of the APZ holotype unit:
  • 3 A note on positive indication of APZ use: frontal sinus and forebrain arena
  • 4 A note on the recent proliferation of what appears to be false CAFL lists on the net.

Update: no zapping was done starting on 20111010, due to making routine blood donation, and needing to verify I was not coming down with anything the next three days that would need to be reported to the donor site. No symptoms noted in those three days, other than some usual intermittent irritation from airbone contamination in my house. My old Living Air air cleaner was found not working after returning home from shopping at walmart one af…

Zap report 8 Oct 2011

Back to the 3 x 30 KHz with music zapping in the 2 20-minute gaps. My sensitivity to the low-frequency signals returned to what it was before. Maybe there is a saturation point one reaches after an hour or so. Needs testing. As for an actual explanation, well, good luck with that!

In vibrational terms, maybe it is similar to the "dead" response for about 15 minutes after a resonance "hit" with Hulda Clark's syncrometer; or the null response for about 15 minutes after a sympathetic "hit" from friendly bacteria in Cleve Backster's experiments. Or maybe not.

Did an hour or so of music zapping in the morning. It seems that one builds up a tolerance to the low-frequency bone-shaking, and it seemed to be not as marked as it was the previous day. We'll have to see on that.

Otherwise, did the usual 3 x 30Hz zaps.

Zapping with music - WOW!

Did the usual 3 x 30 Hz internal cycles with the audio-programmed zapper, but I am REALLY impressed with its zap-by-music capability. I've been using stuff like Joan Jett and the Blackhearts' I Love Rock 'N Roll and Led Zeppelin's Black Dog. Maybe it will work great with Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, but I prefer Mick Jagger causing my forearms to feel like they're being crucified. Turn the volume up and the vibrations cause the bones to really SHAKE!

Zap report: Oct 3, 2011

Usual 3 x 30 Hz internal zaps. BUT. . . .

Wow! This is something else. Using an audio-programmed zapper, one is not restricted to boring old tone-generator tones. I downloaded some music videos, and played them on my iPod Touch into the APZ input. The first one was Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries. I couldn't hear it, but I could sure feel the vibrations of the sub-1000 Hz tones in my hands and wrists.

This must be a world's first, eh?

I then played it again, but watched — and listened to — another instance of the music video on my computer.

Next, I did Beethoven's 5th. Then Lady Gaga's Bad Romance.

I have no idea how effective music videos are as zapping-input fodder, but man, the experience is something else, listening to the music at the same tim…

Zap report Oct 2, 2011

Did the usual APZ three 30 Hz internal runs 20 minutes apart with external input in-between. The nausea yesterday? I figure it was from the Melancholia film, the queasycam (handheld) camerawork in the wedding reception scene. I watched it again and had to skip over that scene as it was making me nauseous again.

In the zap tonight I did mini-programs #08, #09, #10. This included a few infrasound tones in the 15-30 Hz range, which I had no trouble with this time around.

I found the green light is very dim when the frequency is low (tens of Hz) and it is hard to see if the green LED is lighting up or not. The yellow LEDs will light if one is holding the handholds or not, and will also light if the Int/Ext switch is switched to the internal circui…

Zap report Oct 1, 2011

This zap cycle was the usual one hour overall with three 30kHz APZ internal circuit 7-minute zaps, and videos used to fill in the gaps. I used my APZ mini-programs #05, #06 and #07. I would have used #08 too, but by the end of the 15 Hz tone of the third one I was feeling nauseous and had to stop. I had just eaten some bran flakes with milk and honey, and was watching a movie (Lars Von Trier's Melancholia) at the same time as zapping, so I don't know if those factors had any relation to the queasiness.

I know that infrasound vibrations in this general area have a bad reputation. Whether the mild nausea was caused by the 15 Hz vibration or the other factors will need to be determined at a different time with no food and no movie-watching at th…

First use of APZ mini-programs

I got to use the first four APZ video mini-programs this evening, filling in the gaps between the 3 x 7-minute 30 KHz zaps. It worked very well indeed in terms of ease of use and keeping track of what was going on.

I can't determine the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the zapping with those audio frequencies, but I can confirm that the mechanics worked as intended, with the signal getting through to the APZ and my hands.

The APZ potential usage in the healing arts spectrum research

Repeating, just as there are rivalries between universities, of esteem re competency, there are rivalries between schools of thought in the healing arts. There are rivalries in academic excellence of graduates, fields of study, and sports team competitiveness. Among fraternities, a bit similarly. Among religious groups, similarly. And between automobile brand showrooms: don't dare put an auto of a different manufacturer in a competitor's showroom.

The point of this here, is that to some significant extent, the healing arts have similar competing rivalrous groups, each proclaiming better-ness in some way. There are competing brands of pharmaceuticals; but pharmaceuticals are competing with herbalists, from which the pharmaceuticals sprang. Y…

First APZ audio mini-program video online

  • 1 Introduction
  • 2 Location
  • 3 Description
  • 4 How to Use
    • 4.1 Video format

Instead of having a bare audio signal with no description available, why not use a downloadable YouTube video showing what the audio tracks are?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPxQKAXpwbA

It comes from this list of audio frequencies and what they are supposed to address. This first 9:07-long video consists of a silent 7-sec introduction, then 3 minutes each of:

  • Normalize Adrenal Function 1335 Hz
  • Normalize Pituitary Function 635 Hz [this one may tingle at first on the APZ]
  • Stimulate Increased / Normalized HGH Production [Pituitary] 1725 Hz, 645 Hz, 1342 Hz

It's up to the individual user. A suggestion is to do the usual Clark zapping cycle of 7 minutes on, 20 minutes gap, 7 minutes on, 20…

Another zap

This really pisses me off. I just spent an hour zapping, which was fine. I had kept track of it in real time and written itall up then needed to unbold the last line and hit the wiki title instead and it wiped the whole damn post out and won't recover it!

I'm not going to recreate the whole thing. I think I'll just do it in Notebook next time and copy/paste it in.

I used a 40 minute tape supposedly of 3 minute segments of the first 13 items on this list of "beneficial, normalizing and stimulating frequencies." The lower-frequency ones tingled, but after about 6 that didn't match any more so who knows what was actually on the tape.

I will use my own recordings from now on. See what happens when you get lazy?

I have no idea how these frequencies…

Update of apz description: added schematic and more circuit theory

Have added the overall schematic of the audio-programmed zapper, along with some more descriptions of the circuit function and instrument operation, to the main page for the instrument. The schematic is set for porting under a creative commons share and share alike licensing. The design is the product of years of my thinking and experimental construction and debugging, and seems to be in a workable condition at this time, based on the construction and test of a breadboard and two prototypes, one of which is now identified as the instrument's holotype.

The #2 audio programmed zapper instrument will be formally identified as the allotype of the instrument.

From the schematic, an equivalent instrument can be built in many ways. It is planned to…

First APZ zap

I'll do this in real time. My plan is to do a basic Clark zapping cycle, 7 minutes zap, wait 20 minutes, 7 minutes zap, wait 20 minutes, 7 minutes zap, done. So I will do that using the built-in 30kHz circuit. For the 20 minutes gap, I'll try other stuff. The 35/65 switch is down, so I'm doing this whole 1 hour zap with the 35% duty cycle.

8:24 - 8:31 30KHz

8:32-8:35 50 Hz square

8:37-8:40 500 Hz square

8:42-8:45 1000 Hz square

8:47- 8:50 2000 Hz square

8:51-8:58 30 KHz

Been yawning several times over this 7 minute stretch. That's good, showing an energy release. Also, the green indicator light is useful as one of my handhold connections broke and is a bit iffy, so I can tell from the green LED if the connection is still OK or if it has popped of…

Setup of blog and philosophy of research

Blog setup now. Apz proto #2 has been delivered. Now the data of two researchers can be compared and sxpanded upon. Report is that apz#2 works per basic tests done on receipt.

As a side note, yet very pertinent, a researcher seeks to learn something about reality, but the experiment is framed to look for a particular thing. This brings the observed result field down to a manageable small amount. But it also limits what can be found. So one tends to find what one is looking for, even if it is to prove something does not work, or does damage instead of help. Corporate financed research greatly suffers from this. And so also the individual independent researcher has this problem; other than he/she has far more options for laterial explorations…
